Holly Willoughby is a hugely successful mother-of-three. The blonde is known for her fun and vibrant presenting style, and on-screen camaraderie with co-presenter Phillip Schofield, with whom she presents This Morning and Dancing on Ice. Holly appears to have lost some weight in recent years. One fan took to Twitter recently to praise the ITV star.

They wrote: “You are amazing being a great mother and it’s so hard to lose weight u look really great good luck with the continued weight loss x” [sic]

However, another was not so keen. They said: “To be honest, I prefer Holly Willoughby before her weight loss. She was my champion for curvy girls everywherr.” [sic]

But how has Holly lost weight?

She appeared on I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! this year.

Did her stint in the jungle contribute to her weight loss?

Many of the campmates on the survival themed reality TV show shed the pounds on the programme.

However, as a presenter Holly was not subject to the same rations as contestants.

It seems Holly Willoughby’s exercise routine is a more upmarket affair than camping in the Australian jungle.

The Mirror reported that Holly has spent time toning up her stomach, arms, and legs, with Pilates exercises.

Owner of Body Control Pilates, Lynne Robinson, trained with Holly, and told the paper: “I worked with Holly for several months, teaching her privately at her home once a week.

“Holly had postnatal mat work classes, which concentrated on strengthening and toning her core.”

She added: “The exercises help trim the waist and flatten the stomach.”

Shocking before and after pictures have shown the results after Gemma shed two dress sizes on Dancing on Ice.

Matt Evers, Gemma’s professional ice dancing parter, told the Sun Online: “Now she is doing 2 hours training 3 times a week, burning at least 1,000 calories a time. “Then there’s a full studio day on Sunday and choreography on Monday which is even longer.”
