Kate Middleton, 36, is one of the most famous and beautiful women in the world, also known for her trim figure.
As part of the British Royal Family, she is often being photographed and needs to look her best.
She has given birth three times and managed to drop the baby weight from all three pregnancies in record time.
A past report revealed Kate is very disciplined with what she eats, following a strict diet and eating certain foods.
According to ABC news back in 2011, Kate is a follower of the Dukan diet, using the diet to get into shape for her wedding to Prince William.
The high-protein, low-carb French diet has many famous followers, including Jennifer Lopez and Nicole Kidman.
The diet is not for the faint-hearted, working in for intense stages – attack, cruise, consolidation and stabilisation.
The first stage encourages fast weight loss, with the follower only allowed to eat protein – not even fruit or vegetables.
Following the attack stage, the diet slowly introduces foods back in, allowing vegetables to be consumed on some days.
Fruits, carbs, cheese and two “celebratory” meals are then allowed in the “consolidation” phase, with the “stabilisation” stage requiring a protein-only diet once a week.
For shedding her baby weight, Kate went a little more traditional, eating healthy, diet-friendly foods such as avocados, berries and porridge – according to Woman’s World.
Now, Kate maintains her weight by eating foods such as ceviche, gazpacho, watermelon salads and tabbouleh.
She is also reported to only eat raw foods at least once a week.
When she’s not eating raw foods or dieting, Kate is said to enjoy cooking family meals like curries, says to Royal Family chef Carolyn Robb.
One thing the Duchess doesn’t drink for health or weight loss is almond milk. Telling a volunteer who had put the milk out on a table during a charity cafe visit: “Don’t believe everything you read – I don’t even like almond milk.”
Kate isn’t the only royal who works hard to maintain her figure, with Princess Eugenie appearing to have slimmed down earlier this month for her wedding.
While it is unknown whether or not the bride-to-be has lost any weight or not, the 28-year-old has opened up about how she stays healthy in the past.
Speaking to Harper’s Bazaar back in 2016, the Princess revealed detailed the work out she typically takes on.
Spilling all on how she keeps her fitness levels up, Princess Eugenie explained she usually exercises in the morning.
“I get up around 6:45[am] to start exercising by 7. I go to the park from 7 to 8,” she said.
